Is this right for you?

This program is built for a specific person. Read both sides carefully before applying.

This is for you if you…
  • Want a private, non-judgmental space to practice openly
  • Are willing to stutter in sessions so patterns can be understood
  • Can communicate in English well enough to follow coaching
  • Can commit 15–30 minutes of daily practice between sessions
  • Are motivated by combining mindset, technique, and breathing
This is not for you if you…
  • Are in an active mental health crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm
  • Need medical assessment, diagnosis, or formal speech therapy from a licensed SLP
  • Are unable or unwilling to practice between sessions

The three pillars

Every session draws on all three. They reinforce each other — that's the point.

Speech Technique

Slower rate, clear articulation, gentle phrase starts, and tongue placement — practical tools you can use in any conversation.

Breathing Coordination

Learning to link speech with breath so that tension reduces before it starts. Simple, teachable, and immediately noticeable.

Mindset & Visualization

Daily meditation and identity work that retrains how you see yourself as a speaker — because belief shapes behaviour.

Six sessions, clear progression

Each session builds directly on the last. Sessions are about 50 minutes, spaced roughly every four days to keep momentum.

Session
1
Foundations and Awareness
Build trust, identify your specific stutter patterns and common denominators (sounds, words, situations), and get an introduction to all three pillars.
Session
2
Speech Drills and Early Breathing
Learn the core speech drills — rate, articulation, tongue placement, gentle starts — and begin linking them with simple breathing awareness.
Session
3
Meditation and Visualization
Learn a structured meditation and visualization sequence for daily mental training. Commit to 21 days so it becomes a habit, not a chore.
Session
4
Breathing and Real-World Speaking
Master inhalation/exhalation timing relative to speech, then practice with your most frequent real-life phrases: your name, job title, daily responses.
Session
5
Progress Check and Challenge Ladder
Re-rate confidence, anxiety, and satisfaction from Session 1. Build a personal ladder of feared speaking situations and begin practicing the lower rungs.
Session
6
Long-Term Plan and Reset Strategy
Build a weekly maintenance routine for the next 1–3 months and agree on a simple reset plan for harder stretches. Booster sessions available after.

Orest Omeliukh

Reduced a significant stutter by roughly 99% over ten years

I lived with a significant stutter from age 16 to 26. Over about a decade, I experimented with speech techniques, meditation, and breathing until my stutter reduced dramatically — and I still use these tools whenever I get stuck on a sound.

This program turns that lived experience into a clear, structured roadmap. Not theory from a textbook — methods that worked for me, systematized so they can work for you. My job is to help you move from feeling trapped by your speech to feeling free and more in control in everyday conversations.

This is coaching, not medical treatment. No diagnosis, no cure — just practical strategies, structured practice, and honest support from someone who has been through the same struggle.

What students say

From people who have been through the program. Results vary — these are their words.

★★★★★

"I'd tried speech therapy twice before and always hit a wall when it came to the anxiety side of things. What was different here was that Orest treated the fear as part of the problem, not a side effect. By session four I was making phone calls I'd been avoiding for months."

★★★★★

"I was skeptical about the meditation piece — I thought it sounded like too much of a stretch. But it genuinely changed something. I started seeing myself differently when I spoke. The stuttering didn't disappear overnight, but I stopped dreading conversations, which honestly felt like the bigger win."

Priya S.
Teacher · Canada
★★★★★

"English isn't my first language and I wasn't sure if coaching in English would help with how I stutter in Polish. But Orest explained the principles so clearly that I could apply them straight away in both languages. The breathing work especially — that transfers completely."

Common questions

If something isn't answered here, you can ask in the application form.

Is this available worldwide?
Yes. As long as you can communicate in English and our time zones can align, we can work together online.
Is this the same as speech therapy?
No. This is coaching based on lived experience — not medical treatment, clinical assessment, or diagnosis. If you need a licensed speech-language pathologist, this program is not a substitute.
Can I do this alongside speech therapy or counseling?
Yes, as long as your other providers are aware and you feel emotionally stable enough to commit to both.
How is this different from YouTube videos or self-help books?
Videos and books are one-way. In coaching, you get real-time feedback on your specific patterns, accountability between sessions, and a step-by-step plan adapted to your life — which makes follow-through and progress far more likely.
Will I be asked to stutter on purpose?
You'll be encouraged to stutter naturally and openly in sessions so patterns can be understood. Sometimes gentle voluntary stuttering is used as a tool to reduce fear and shame — never to embarrass you.
My stutter is worse in my first language than in English. Can I still benefit?
Yes. The same principles — slowing down, reducing tension, changing avoidance patterns, coordinating breathing — apply across languages. What you learn in English can be transferred to any language you speak.
Can I repeat the program or book extra sessions after the 6?
Yes. You can repeat the full 6-session structure or book individual booster sessions to refresh techniques, plan new speaking challenges, or get back on track after a setback.
