I lived with a significant stutter from age 16 to 26. Over about a decade, I experimented with speech techniques, meditation, and breathing until my stutter reduced dramatically — and I still use these tools whenever I get stuck on a sound.
This program turns that lived experience into a clear, structured roadmap. Not theory from a textbook — methods that worked for me, systematized so they can work for you. My job is to help you move from feeling trapped by your speech to feeling free and more in control in everyday conversations.
